ngredients: Chicken strips ½ kg, ginger & garlic paste 1 teaspoon, cumin seeds roasted and crushed ½ teaspoon, coriander powder 1 teaspoon, chat masala 1 teaspoon, gram flour 3 tablespoon, vinegar 2 tablespoon, lemon juice 1 tablespoon, red chilli powder 1 teaspoon, 1 egg, salt according to taste, breadcrumbs, sesame seeds as required and refined oil for frying.

Steps:

Marinate chicken strips for an hour with all the above mentioned ingredients except for breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.

Mix breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in a separate plate and roll in the marinated chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture. Shake off the excess mixture and keep aside.

Heat the refined oil in a deep bottom pan and fry the chicken strips for 5-6 minutes till they turn golden brown and crispy. Take them out from the pan and place over kitchen tissue papers to drain out excess oil.

Serve with mayonnaise or ketchup: this can cater 4 to 5 people.
